It's Complicated !

Actually there are so many confusing and complicated relationships in world. Between"Single" & "In relationship" most of the people choose "It's Complicated!" .
But there is one relationship which is much more complicated than all of those ishq wishq pyar vyar wali relationship. And that most important and Unique Relationship is "BOSS & EMPLOYEE" !
Seriously guys... I know, even you do agree me on this.
Ab aaj ki hi baat le lo, 'I asked my boss about 1 day off! And I went in full on tashan because I have done all my work and most importantly last time, when I asked him he was like, yes yes... You can ! No Problem!
So I asked but he was like, "sab kam complete hai ?" Kuch pending hai ? " I said no, everything is done! But unhone to dil pr hi baat le li yaar ! Jaise ki maine chutti nhi 2 mahine ki salary hi advance me mang li ho...!
I mean what the hell that was yaar ? Then my colleague said, 'yaar last time unka mood accha tha! Aaj dekha nhi tune mood ? Ghodi pr sawar the ! Mood dekh kr baat koni chahiye yaar !'
Like seriously guys.... #Mood !
Yah, we can understand but #Boss logo ke mood swings to pregnant lady se bhi jyada hote h yaar!
Boyfriend, apni girlfriend ke mood swings handle nhi krta jitna use apne boss k krne padte h!
Aur agar boss married ho to bas pucho hi mat.
Husband ne taarif nhi ki to uska gussa employees pr niklega. Wife ne favourite sabji nhi di to ek to uska gussa office me ake nikalega nhi to itna pyar se behave karega sabse ki lunch saath me krne ka chance mile!

Ye jo "Unique Relationship of Boss & Employee" is never gone change ... Never ! Har employee ko apne boss se problem hoti hi hai! No matter what . Aisa koi nhi hoga, who will say "our boss is just best!"  Aur agar hoga to i am sure very soon they will get engaged in some kind of relationship or else you will find that employee on such a high position.

Sabse bada maja to tab ata h jab we have to talk about something to boss. Aise to full fire me sab bahot kuch bolenge but jab boss ke samne jayenge tab ek hi k muh se shabd niklenge.
Ek employee ka dusre employee ke saath relation is like "na Dosti achhi, na Dushmani". So even there is complcations. But that's okay! That's another story btw.

Every coin has two sides! It also applied to the Person  !
Every person has two sides. Most of the times it's like 1 side is known to family & other is known to friends. But as being an employee, we are so lucky to get know both the sides of boss.
Sometimes he is so friendly with us. Sometimes he help us in our family issues or to be precise financial issues. He do understand us but never show just like the role of Father.
And sometimes also like protective mother. Mummy Jaise hame khi bahar jana h to koi na koi kam bata kr rok deti h! Boss is also do the same. Jaise hi Saturday ata h unhe naye-purane kam yaad aajate hai. Half day hi mang lo yaar fir dekho reaction...!
Bade workoholic ho kr kuch nye concepts batane jao, fir bolenge nhi nahi.. aur khud k wahi purane ideas follow krne ke liye kahenge. And after 2-3 days khud bula kr hame wahi ideas jo hamne bataye the wo follow krne k liye bolnge! I mean... Kya tha kya yaar ye? Ego hurt Ho Raha tha? Ya employee k baat manani hi nahi h Aisa kuch h.
Kam krna hame hota h, kitna time lagega ye bhi hame pata hota h par khud jake bol denge "ha, kal tak ho jayega!" I mean what the hell yaar... Khud chale jayenge family Ko time dene aur friends k sath ghumne par ham 10 min bhi jaldi nikle to Jaise ki puri company loss me jane wali h  aise react krenge!
Kabhi kabhi mai sochti hu ki, ye shayad bhul Gaye h ki wo Aaj boss hai par kal wo bhi ek employee hi the!

Leave it yaar guys.... Ye relation hamesha complicated hi rehne wala h! It's never gonna change!
Boss is right at their own place but that doesn't make us wrong being an employee.
